Lease Agreement
A few rules to follow on our properties:
- No smoking inside
- Up to 1 dog or 2 cats allowed
- Pay rent on time to avoid late fee
- No stickers on the walls or cabinets
- Garbage must be removed weekly
- Keep it clean and in sanitary condition
- No loud music after 10PM

Pay rent
We do not accept cash or checks. All payments including security deposit and late fees must be made online using ACH transfer (no fee, recommended) or credit card (subject to processing fee).
Once application is approved you will be provided with a link to pay deposit and rent securely online.
